Welcome to Deep Waters Psychotherapy & Consulting Services, the private practice of Paula Chadwick - licensed clinical social worker. I offer virtual individual sessions to adults residing in Vermont and New Jersey.

With over 20 years in the field, I am a social worker and psychotherapist with an extensive background in mental health, women’s health & safety, perinatal support, and work with the queer community. I am neurodivergent, feminist, queer, sex-positive, body positive, and kink-friendly.

I help my clients by offering support and compassion to increase self-worth. I provide education on how the brain works to better understand how to use coping skills for better functioning. Together we delve deep to make connections to work toward healing wounds and trauma.
